德国MICRO-EPSILON PC1900-15/OE位移传感器是optoNCDT 1900系列中的标准测量型号,采用激光三角反射测量原理,通过激光二极管发射的可见红色激光束(波长670nm,功率<1mW,符合Class 2激光安全等级)照射至被测物表面,散射光经接收透镜汇聚至CMOS或PSD感光元件上,根据光斑在感光元件上的位置变化计算出被测物与传感器之间的距离。传感器内部集成先进的DSP数字信号处理器和自动增益控制(AGC)电路,可对不同颜色和光泽的被测表面进行自动补偿,确保测量信号的稳定可靠。
德国MICRO-EPSILON PC1900-15/OE位移传感器的测量量程为15mm,起始距离(参考距离)为50mm(即从传感器前端面至测量范围起点的距离)。分辨力在静态测量模式下最高可达0.5μm,动态测量模式下根据采样频率和滤波设置可达1μm。线性度典型值为±0.03% FSO(即±4.5μm),重复精度为±0.5μm。采样频率最高可达4kHz(标准模式)或49kHz(高速模式,具体取决于输出接口和设置)。模拟输出为标准0-10V(OE型表示电压输出型,另有IE型为4-20mA电流输出),数字接口可选RS422或Ethernet(需选购相应型号或外置转换模块)。工作温度范围为0°C至+50°C,储存温度范围为-20°C至+70°C。激光光斑尺寸在参考距离处约为0.6mm×0.8mm,在量程近端约为0.8mm×1.0mm,在量程远端约为1.0mm×1.2mm。
